Vine-ripened tomatoes and squash are only two of the many kinds of produce to be found at the
OSU-OKC Farmers' Market in Oklahoma City. Over the past few weeks, I've found corn on the cob, okra, cucumbers, cantaloupe, new potatoes, spinach, onions, garlic, shallots, and watermelon - and that's just the tip of the iceberg. You can also find local honey, and lots of locally made products like breads, baked goods, pecans, candies, fudge, hand-woven baskets, handmade clothing, bags, jewelry, dairy products and beautiful plants and flowers (like the zinnias posted below).
